Our Founding Story

Education Impact Group was founded by Alejandro, Juan, and Darian out of a deep belief in the transformative power of education. Our founders, immigrants and children of immigrants, came to this country seeking opportunity and found it through the doors that education opened. It was not just a path to survival, but a bridge to belonging, purpose, and success. Along the way, we saw firsthand how great teachers and strong schools can change the trajectory of entire families and communities. Education Impact Group was built to pay that gift forward.Today, we partner with schools and education systems to strengthen operations, support teachers, and drive measurable improvement for students.
